Unit Modifications

The Association's Master Deed requires that approval of the Association’s Board of Directors must be obtained before any addition or alteration work is begun. Association approval is not required for minor repairs or redecorating the interior of the unit.

 

Association approval is also required by the Bedminster Township Building Department prior to their issuance of any of the required building, plumbing or electrical permits.


Please complete the "Application for Installation/Alterations" form, found in "Documents/Forms" and submit to Taylor Management Company in duplicate. 

 

Note: Owner cannot paint, decorate, or change the appearance of the exterior Unit.
