1. The By-Laws of THE WYNNEWOODNEIGHBORHOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION are intended to govern the administration of the association. Through the By-Laws, the Board of Trustees (see Board/Committee section) are to provide for the management, administration, utilization, and maintenance of the common areas of The Wynnewood Neighborhood Condominium Association.
2. The By-Laws disclose the guidelines for activities such as, meetings, election of board of directors, board powers, budgeting, and management.
3. An important thing to remember about a community association is that it is a business. To be successful, it must be operated as such and have sound financial management. This includes establishing good financial and record keeping practices, establishing practical budgets and assessments, and collecting assessments from all members.
